Movie Night—Sun, Jan 29, 6:00 PM
Come see “Soul Surfer” the inspiring true story of teen surfer Bethany Hamilton, who lost her arm in a shark attack and courageously overcame all odds to become a champion through her sheer determination and unwavering faith. Admission is free. Popcorn and a drink are $1. We hope to meet in the Fellowship Hall. Bring a friend.
Small Group Sunday—Sun, Jan 29
On Small Group Sunday we will have a special emphasis in both worship services on small groups (Care Groups, Bible Studies, etc.). Being part of a small group is a great way to build relationships and to grow in your Christian life.
Women’s Bible Study—Starts, Jan 16, 7 PM—The new Women’s Bible Study on the book of Revelation meets in January during weeks three and five. In subsequent months the study meets in the first, third and fifth weeks. It will encourage you in the new year. Check the bulletin for more details or call Lynn at 884-0582.

Gift of Love “Outreach Project”
Sat, Feb 11, 8:00 AM—12:30 PM
Many churches are gathering together to do an “Outreach Service Project” for our county. We’ll meet at Marin Covenant Church at 8:00 AM for worship, then at 9:30 AM head to various areas to do clean-up and restoration, followed by a BBQ and Celebration at the Marin Civic Center Park. Prayer Service—Sun, Feb 12, 6 PM
Consider coming to this month’s prayer meeting when we raise our praises and petitions to Almighty God. We meet in the Fellowship Hall.
Missions Moment—Sun, Feb 12

Friend Day—Sun, Feb 26, 10 AM
The theme for this Friend Day is “Love.” Pastor Chris will share a message that day entitled “The Amazing Love of God.” We’ll have a combined service at 10 AM followed by a fellowship lunch in the Warren Conrad Christian Center at 11:30. Everyone is encouraged to invite a Friend. Also, please bring a main dish and side dish, or a main dish and dessert to share. Let’s turn the WCCC into the best restaurant in Marin that day!
